“This event was honestly one of my dancer’s favorite events she has been to— ever! She loved the space in the room and that it wasn’t overly crowded and loved the quality of every instructor. She is 15 and had really been interested in honing in on Jazz (and not the type only offered at the big name conventions), but true jazz that is being done professionally. Not many conventions or master classes are offering jazz like this, usually we see a fusion of hip-hop with jazz elements. All dance styles have their worth and place, but it was refreshing to have classic jazz techniques taught by working professionals. My daughter has been wanting to attend OKCU and train for potentially broadway, and this weekend solidified that for her. Thank you for the positive impact you had on her, EJP really made her know her worth and value as a member of the Jazz dance community.”
